1. Services

Beauty Doll Spa provides skincare, body contouring, massage, waxing, and related aesthetic treatments at our Queens, NY location. All services are performed by trained professionals. Results may vary by individual.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked by calling (347) 751-4085 or (347) 799-1314. We ask that clients arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling at our discretion. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepaid deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Any promotional offers, discounts, or packages are subject to their own specific terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, or health concerns prior to receiving treatment. Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or have specific medical conditions. Beauty Doll Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if we believe it may pose a health risk to the client.

6. Assumption of Risk

Aesthetic and body treatments carry inherent risks including but not limited to redness, irritation, swelling, bruising, or allergic reaction. By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Beauty Doll Spa is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre- or post-treatment care instructions.

Individual results vary. Beauty Doll Spa does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. Before-and-after images displayed on our website or social media are representative of possible results and should not be interpreted as a guarantee.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotional offers are valid only during the specified promotional period and are subject to availability. Beauty Doll Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

9. Client Conduct

We strive to maintain a peaceful and professional environment for all clients and staff. Beauty Doll Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in an inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive manner.
